Aland Postal Authority released these ATMs on 1 March 2007 with pony motif..... a very nice ATM set indeed.

An Aerogramme from Thailand

An aerogramme sent from Na Kae, Thailand on 9 August 1995. The aerogramme was postmarked at Bangkok on 11 August 1995 before flying to Malaysia.

A beautiful cover from Taiwan framed with two beautiful ATMs. Date: 21 September 2007.

According to George Wu (ATM collector from Taiwan), the ATMs on the cover were overprinted with commemorative wordings "ROC National Stamp Show 2007", and the overprint ATMs were issued on 21 September 2007. The number 079 on the ATMs is referred to ATM machine (from Danshui PO, Taipei) to print the values on the ATMs.

Missent: Peru to Macau to Malaysia

This letter was sent from Peru to Malaysia. The letter was posted on 22 December 2002. However, it was missent to Macau. Macau postmarked the letter on 4 January 2003. It is really a beautiful cover.

Singapore - Turn it Off

A beautiful cover from Singapore to England. The slogan on the postmark reads "Turn It Off" to educate public on saving drinking water. Date: 11 November 1998.

A cover from Portugal.... The cover is stuck with two beautiful fish stamps and a postage label. Date: 25 August 2007.

A Registered Cover - Chemor, Perak, Malaysia

A registered cover was sent from Chemor (Perak, Malaysia) to Kajang (Selangor, Malaysia). The cover was sent on 28 October 2000, and the cover travelled to Ipoh (Perak) on the same day, then to Kajang on 31 October 2000.

An Interesting Error on Bird Defintive Stamp

Finding error stamps from post offices is a difficult task for odinary collectors. Most of the time the major error stamps fall on the hands of dealers. I do not know what do say as I had a luck to obtain a major error stamp block from one post office. The original stamp is one of the definitive bird stamps released in 2005, but the stamp involves is the reprint. The error shows misplace of the perforation due to folding of right top corner of the stamp sheet (one sheet contains 100 stamps). Only one stamp sheet had this problem and the other sheets from the same stack were fine.

Petronas Twin Towers

Located in heart of Kuala Lumpur city, the Petronas Twin Towers standing 452m was constructed in 1999, and it was the tallest building in the world. The two towers are connected by a 58.4m skybridge at levels 41 and 42 (at 170m above the street level) of the building. Pos Malaysia released a set of stamps (see below) and a hologram miniature sheet on 30 August 1999 to commemorate this significant building.

The image of Petronas Twin Towers has since become a frequent major or minor object in the design of many Malaysian stamps. “The image of Petronas Twin Towers has been over used.” - a statement frequently heard among Malaysian stamp collectors.

In fact, the Petronas Twin Towers won the Aga Khan Award for Architecture in 2004. The Aga Khan Award for Architecture was established in 1977 to encourage good building practices and enhance Islamic culture as expressed through architecture. The award is held every three years, and Malaysia was the host for the award ceremony in 2007, marking the 30th anniversary of the award. Coincidently, this latest award ceremony was held in the Petronas Twin Towers. On this important event, Pos Malaysia released a single stamp (see below) on 4 September 2007. The design of the stamp is simple but yet elegant.

It was learnt that Pos Malaysia printed limited number (estimated 100,000 pieces) of the stamp. The stamp was sold out within hours on the day of release in most post offices throughout Malaysia. This unexpected event was definitely an important philatelic history of Malaysian modern stamps.
