An ATM Cover from Spain

I went to the PSM stamp fair (National Exhibition 2009), and I bought this commercial cover from one of the dealers present in the fair. The cover is an ATM cover sent from Cibeles, Madrid on April 9, 1999 using an ATM commemorating IV Centenario Felipe II. The ATM was issued in March 1999. The value of the postage should be printed on the right bottom of the ATM. However, this ATM does not have the postage value (value ommission). So, it is a flaw ATM. You may click here to see how the printed value should look like in a normal ATM.

National Exhibition 2009

Philately Society of Malaysia organised National Exhibition 2009 at MBPJ Library on December 19-20, 2009. I was there on December 19, 2009. It was a pleasant event indeed, and I managed to catch up with some fellow stamp collectors.
