This postcard was sent (postmarked) from Livingstone, Zambia on 13 November 2019, just before the pandemics of COVID-19. I received this postcard in October 2022. It took nearly 3 years to reach its destination to Malaysia. This postcard must have been held back by the COVID-19 pandemics.
According to Scott Stamp Catalogue, this surcharge stamp (K4.95) was done on a stamp with a denomination non-indicator C released on 19 March 2001. The stamp (non-indicator value C) was sold at 1500k at post office when it was released. I have no information on the date of surcharge.
