30 sen Spider Stamp - Perforation Shift

One of the 30 sen stamp sheets of the spider stamps issued on December 7, 2009 has perforation shift. Some of the horizontal perforation lines of the upper pane of the stamp sheet shifted downwards leading the stamps from the row C have one perforation smaller than the normal stamp and the stamps from the row A have one perforation larger than the normal stamps. Furthermore, all of the stamps from the rows A, B and C have their top margin almost disappeared, and the stamps from the rows A and B have extra bottom margin.

The horizontal perforation shift affects all the stamps from the three rows (A, B and C). The stamp C is obviously smaller in size (18 pin holes at vertical side) compared to the stamps A and B (19 pin holes at vertical side).
