Many postal authorities in the world have on-line shop to sell their philatelic products - just to name a few - Singapore Post, Royal Mail, United Nations (in New York), Australia Post, New Zealand Post, Ireland Post, Korea Post etc. Pos Malaysia so far not really has on-line shop, though some of the philatelic products are available on-line through PosMe - a sale agent of Pos Malaysia. I do not know the exact reason why Pos Malaysia does not want to do the same thing (on-line shop) as those many postal authorities in the world. It is understood that there would be more headache and work in managing the on-line shop.... but I don't think this should be a good excuse. If the on-line shop would bring more revenue to Pos Malaysia, it is worth for Pos Malaysia to do it.
Well, I do believe that dealers/wanna-be dealers/small time or big time speculators definitely do not want to see the light of Pos Malaysia having on-line shop. I don't think Pos Malaysia should be bothered by the this group of people, and I do believe that this group of people would try to find a way to adjust or reposition themselves.
